My wife has been suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis for several years, and was not able to move much. Dr.Hamsa from Avalon Ayurveda Centre consulted her and started the treatment for four days. After the treatment, she already feels good relief from the pain and other symptoms. He also suggested continuing Ayurveda medicines for the complaints. The staff of the center are also very competent and respectful.

My weight was 87kilograms when I joined the slimming programme at Avalon Ayurveda, for five days. With Udwarthana and other Ayurveda therapies, I lost approximately 2 kilograms. The staff at the centre are excellent. I wish I had more time and more days to be here. It was a very effective treatment. The team, especially Dr. Hamsa and the therapist Ms Anila, guided me well & were fantastic. They have given me a diet chart and daily routine programme, which I will try to follow. I had a wonderful experience from Avalon Ayurveda centre!

I think this is a good initiative of having an Ayurveda centre in such a good location and ambience as Mussoorie. I have had treatment here for 7 days for cervical spondylosis, and got felt good relief.
