Nestled in the lush greenery and surrounded by the misty mountain ranges is Avalon resorts located on the slopes of Gunhill, 6500 feet above sea level. The mighty snow covered Himalayan ranges and views of the twinkling Doon Valley can be admired from all around the resort.
Fresh and modern, each individual Cottage is well heated to provide you with a warm and cozy atmosphere. It is designed with flair and style, windows with abundant natural light, silk cushions, and vibrant colors, branded appliances, gorgeous Italian wooden furniture, and luxurious marble shower rooms. Most of these are independent cottages with Balcony or Lawns to enjoy the breathtaking views!
The resort offers you Studios, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom Cottages. Each type has its own living area, dining area and a Kitchenette. Internationally designed rooms provide you with wi-fi internet facility, in-room kitchenettes, tea / coffee maker, Flat Screen TV’s, remote heating, electric blankets, microwave, iron & ironing boards, refrigerator, DVD on request.
We provide exclusive centrally heated treatment rooms including steam, sauna and large bathing areas for each individual patient. These are all designed to create an authentic ayurvedic experience in a peaceful and soothing atmosphere designed to help the guest relax and heal. We take care of all the patients needs from the massage treatments to bathing the patients with scrubs and minerals in the same treatment room. Each therapy room has been individually designed with a specific theme so you experience something new every time!
The health café is a specialized restaurant where extraordinary vegetarian cuisine awaits you. The meals are tailor made to each patient specific need based on the doctor’s recommendations. The approach to the food is holistic. |
